Job summary

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years related experience.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ability to follow standard work routines and maintain safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and address work orders to ensure building systems operate optimally.
• Self-perform smaller maintenance tasks and complete routine PM tasks weekly/monthly.
• Maintain facility by troubleshooting issues across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Inspect and repair plumbing, carpentry, and electrical components.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to keep a sterile environment.
• Keep buildings clean and orderly while meeting quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by keeping systems efficient.
• Ensure installations comply with building codes and safety regulations.
• Communicate clearly, exchange information, and follow defined procedures under supervision.
