Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
• Inspect fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure design specs.
• Execute work orders and preventive tasks using CMMS.
• Collaborate with on-site team to ensure seamless operations.
• Uphold healthcare safety standards and patient safety.
• Provide updates to clients as needed.
