Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2–3 years of relevant maintenance/roads experience.
• Valid Wisconsin CDL Class A or B required on hire.
• Tank endorsement within 30 days of hire.
• Good driving record for past 10 years.
• Must wear steel toe safety shoes.

Responsibilities

• Remove snow and de-ice assigned highways.
• Maintain and install snowplows, snow wings and sanders.
• Patch holes in pavement and repair road shoulders.
• Repair guardrails and trim trees near roadsides.
• Operate plow trucks, end-loaders and other equipment.
