Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience in a customer service-related role.
• Experience with typing, computer training or equivalent coursework.

Responsibilities

• Greet and orient newly admitted or transferred patients on the unit.
• Respond to patient call lights and make rounds.
• Assist with processing admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Help patients and families with wayfinding and accessing resources.
• Assemble and maintain patient records and related documents.
• Handle computer tasks such as updating schedules and patient information.
• Support unit clerical functions and troubleshoot equipment failures.
