Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or guest relations preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience advantageous.
• Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional service.
• Able to work night shifts, including weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet students and guests warmly, providing assistance and information as needed.
• Manage incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries about services and programs.
• Schedule and confirm beauty service appointments effectively.
