Responsibilities

• Monitor property safety, security and service quality, addressing issues promptly.
• Provide updates and training to keep the team informed of offerings and local attractions.
• Track guest satisfaction metrics, identify trends and implement improvements.
• Supervise and support team members, offering coaching for a positive work environment.
