Safelite is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Coordinator to support daily floor operations, helping location leads and supervisors move orders through distribution efficiently. You will coordinate staging, pick assignments, and load readiness using Korber, ensuring timely order flow.

The role requires strong administrative coordination, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Oracle/AS/400 familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting logistics, warehousing, or distribution operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic CRM/ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the schedule tool to release complete orders and manage staging for packout.
• Prioritize inventory replenishment based on released orders in process and add-on orders.
• Manage pick assignments based on the schedule and track daily productivity.
• Report inventory discrepancies to the inventory control team and logistics coordinators.
