Job summary

Safelite Group is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Coordinator to support daily operations on the distribution floor. You will assist location leads with time-bound tasks to move orders through the process accurately and efficiently.

The role includes 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00pm–11:30pm) with a starting pay of 21.50/hr plus a 1.50/hr shift premium, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching, medical coverage, PTO, and tuition reimbursement up to 5,250/yr.

Qualifications

• Administrative or coordination experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Oracle/AS/400 a plus.
• Ability to work 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:30pm) and manage time-bound tasks.
• Capable of handling varying environmental conditions and staying in a stationary position for long shifts.
• Positive attitude with a focus on exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the schedule tool to release complete orders and manage the staging area for packout.
• Prioritize inventory replenishment based on released orders in process and add-on orders.
• Manage pick assignments based on the schedule and monitor daily productivity.
• Track picker performance and post updates regularly.
• Report inventory discrepancies to the inventory control team and logistics coordinators.
• Monitor and respond to communications regarding order flow, staging, and load management.
• Partner with team leads to sustain a balanced and optimized pick process to drive productivity.

WhatYou’llNeed

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Administrative or coordination supportinglogistics, warehousing, supply chain, distribution, or other related operationsisrequired.
• Comfortusing Microsoft programs including Access, Excel,Word, Outlook,and PowerPoint.
• Experience with or willingness to learn OracleandAS/400.
• Comfortable with working in various environmental conditions, such as seasonal heat or cold, and staying in a stationary position for long shifts.
