Responsibilities

• Oversee all fulfillment activities: fabrication, finishing, packing, shipment processing, labeling, and manifesting.
• Develop and manage a cohesive workflow to ensure accurate, efficient, on-time delivery.
• Prioritize production and expedite work to meet customer due dates.
• Monitor metrics and maintain reporting tools to track performance daily, weekly, monthly, and annually.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and enhancements to workflow systems.
• Collaborate with other departments and update senior leadership on status and budgets.
• Hire, schedule, and develop Fulfillment Services staff and oversee administrative personnel.
