Job summary

GSP Marketing Technologies is seeking a 2nd shift Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee the full fulfillment process, including order preparation, packaging and shipping. You will manage workflow, coach staff, and cross-train on multiple roles to cover the Manager when away.

You will analyze orders, monitor hours and costs, enforce policies, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement in throughput and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical management experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledgeable in Fulfillment systems, techniques, and principles (preferred).
• Familiar with shipping via UPS and FedEx; prior budgeting/management experience preferred.
• Proficient with computers and MS software.

Responsibilities

• Manages all activities related to the fulfillment process including production, packing and shipping.
• Oversees workflow management and reports staffing concerns to the Fulfillment Manager.
• Cross-trains on multiple jobs and may assume some Manager duties when needed.
• Analyzes orders and budgets work-hours of employees; ensures timely completion.
• Keeps timesheets and reports accurate; maintains data reporting for key metrics.
