Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical management experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Familiar with Fulfillment systems, UPS and FedEx shipping.
• Proficient in Computers and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage emails and enter inventory into the system.
• Improve workflow processes and procedures.
• Provide recommendations for developing automated order pickers.
• Ensure workflow is accurate, efficient, and completed on-time.
• Prioritize and expedite production activities to meet due dates.
• Analyze orders and budget work-hours of employees.
• Budget materials and overhead usage.
• Deliver disciplinary actions to employees as appropriate.
• Ensure timecards and reports data are accurate and timely.
• Provide reporting on Equipment Utilization, Production Cost, and Schedule Data.
• Lead by example with interdepartmental collaboration.
• Uphold department policies and procedures.
• Maintain productive staff and report staffing needs.
