Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC in Branson, Missouri, seeks a Hospitality Supervisor – Front Office. You will supervise daily front desk operations, rooms control, and PBX, ensuring smooth check-ins and guest satisfaction across all shifts.

You’ll lead by example, coordinate with other departments, monitor service levels, train staff, and implement new service initiatives to elevate the guest experience at our resort locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience in hotel/resort operations, preferably in vacation ownership.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with guests, team members, and the public.
• Knowledge of front desk operations, reservations, and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations, rooms control, and PBX, ensuring smooth check-ins and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop the front office team; coordinate with other departments.
• Monitor service levels and implement improvements to guest experience.
• Assist in training, scheduling, coaching, and performance counseling.
• Manage front desk controls, cash handling, and inventory; support maintenance/housekeeping requests.
