Omni Hotel at The Battery Atlanta is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to help oversee evening operations, ensuring efficient guest reception and service. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and maintaining Omni standards in a luxury setting near Truist Park.

You will train staff, coordinate with departments, manage the PMS and loyalty initiatives, and handle guest requests and complaints to deliver a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel operations preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for the full shift.
• Customer service orientation with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and related computer programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Train associates to Omni Standards.
• Coordinate with department managers and Night Audit every shift.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel computer system for training and troubleshooting.
• Complete weekly supply inventories and pricing adjustments.
• Prepare group information sheets and balance reports.
• Complete daily credit checks.
• Adhere to Front Office Systems & Controls.
• Collaborate with Marketing Programs and Loyalty initiatives.
