Job summary

FORTH Hotel and Club, Atlanta’s exciting destination, is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to join Davidson Hospitality Group’s team. You will oversee daily front desk operations and ensure the highest level of guest service, while mentoring staff and upholding brand standards.

This position primarily covers the evening shift to maintain a Manager On-Duty on site. You’ll collaborate across departments to resolve issues, elevate guest satisfaction, and support the Front Office Manager in

Qualifications

• Prefer 1+ year departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office.
• Ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently.
• Prior cash handling experience necessary.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations in collaboration with the Front Office Manager.
• Ensure the highest level of guest service for all guests.
• Help manage staff and ensure policies are followed.
• Work primarily the evening shift to cover Manager On-Duty.
• Contribute to the success of the property through teamwork.
