Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in front office or hotel operations.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel systems (PMS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee PM shift front desk operations.
• Coach and support Front Desk Agents.
• Ensure accurate check-in/check-out procedures.
• Monitor room inventory and daily arrivals/departures.
• Handle guest complaints and service recovery.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, brand standards, and cash handling.
• Review room moves, upgrades, and billing adjustments.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and Engineering.
• Conduct daily shift briefings.
• Oversee safety and security during the evening shift.
