Copperfield Healthcare and Rehabilitation of West Houston is seeking a Receptionist to support front-desk operations in a post-acute care setting. You will answer calls, greet visitors, and route inquiries to the appropriate offices or residents.

Responsibilities include managing ID badges, mail distribution, and maintaining a current list of residents who may be unavailable by phone. Pledge to CAPLICO values and contribute to a compassionate, efficient workplace.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone, determine nature of call and direct caller to appropriate individual or department.
• Greet visitors. Direct to appropriate office and/or resident room.
• Issue and collect identification badges as representatives sign in/out.
• Receive, sort and distribute mail as directed.
• Maintain a current listing of critical residents and/or residents who may not receive phone calls due to their condition.
• Report suspicious persons/information to supervisor immediately.
