Raines Co. is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to guide the front office team through daily duties and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role involves overseeing reservations, billing, and coordination with housekeeping and maintenance to deliver smooth hotel operations.

The ideal candidate has front desk or guest-facing experience, some supervisory background in hospitality, and familiarity with PMS systems such as M3, Efficenter, and Quore. Strong MS 365 skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Front desk or guest-facing experience is required.
• Supervisory experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Experience with brand or property PMS systems is expected.
• Familiarity with hotel systems like M3, Efficenter, Quore, PBX.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 or similar software is needed.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding customer care at all times.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, cheerful demeanor.
• Handle guest inquiries and reservations efficiently.
• Resolve guest issues promptly with a sense of urgency.
• Respond to phone and in-person inquiries about reservations and hotel information.
• Use suggestive selling to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Supervise front desk shift processes and ensure SOP compliance.
• Train and direct front desk workflow; coach team members.
• Ensure accurate billing instructions and timely payment handling.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
• Manage front desk scheduling and payroll reporting as needed.
• Attend meetings and maintain equipment and supplies.
