Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate in Bellevue to greet patients and register them for imaging services. You will answer phones, schedule appointments, and process payments in a cheerful, professional manner.

This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM. Required: High School Diploma, 1 year of customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. DailyPay and a collaborative team are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients scheduled for imaging services; processes payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and handles calls in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Schedule referrals and ensures proper authorizations are obtained.
• Verify patient's insurance coverage and pre-certify exams with the insurance company.
• Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.
