Job summary

RAYUS Radiology in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Front Office Associate to join our team. You will greet and register patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate with clinicians to support imaging services.

This full-time role works Monday through Friday from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, with DailyPay available and competitive benefits. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least one year in customer service, and proficiency with computers and the Microsoft Office suite.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients scheduled for imaging services; process payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and handle calls in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals and authorizations with Center Team Members.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-authorizations.
• Provide preparation instructions and communicate scanner status to patients.
