RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to support patient intake, scheduling, and insurance coordination in a fast-paced radiology setting.

The role requires strong customer service, phone etiquette, and computer proficiency. Evening shifts (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and weekdays indicate a steady, full-time schedule. RAYUS emphasizes patient care and efficient front-office operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel

Responsibilities

• Greet and checks-in patients scheduled for imaging services; processes payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and handles calls in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Act as liaison between imaging technologists and the patients waiting for exams, and relays messages regarding scanner status and other Clinic information.
• Maintain organization of the front office lobby area by straightening magazines, organizing coffee supplies and assisting with general office cleanup.
• Push patient imaging via electronic interfaces and complete appointment confirmation calls with prep instructions.
• Fax/scan reports, billing information, and medical release forms as requested.
