RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to greet and register patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist referring professionals in a friendly, professional manner.

This full-time role is 40 hours weekly with shifts Mon-Fri 12:30pm-9:00pm and rotational Saturdays. DailyPay is available, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients scheduled for imaging services; process payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly and efficient manner and route calls appropriately.
• Register patients and coordinate with imaging staff for smooth patient flow.
• Schedule appointments, referrals, and ensure proper authorizations where needed.
• Verify insurance coverage and assist with pre-authorizations as required.
• Assist with general front office tasks and maintain lobby organization.
