Job summary

Aloft Oklahoma City Quail Springs seeks a PM Operations Supervisor to lead the evening shift and support Front Desk operations, elevating guest experiences. This hourly role requires hands-on leadership, strong guest service, and cross‑department coordination to ensure smooth operations; weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or hospitality leadership preferred.
• Experience supervising a team or shift lead role preferred.
• Front Desk or hotel operations experience strongly preferred.
• Strong guest service and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a visible PM shift leader to support smooth nightly operations.
• Support Front Desk operations, including guest arrivals, requests, and service needs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to associates during the evening shift.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist associates during busy periods and provide hands-on operational support.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and other departments as needed.
• Ensure adherence to hotel procedures, service standards, and brand expectations.
• Assist with training and coaching to improve service and operations.
• Maintain a welcoming environment for guests and associates.
• Participate in safety, security, and emergency procedures when required.
