Responsibilities

• Efficiently manages the operations of the front desk, ensuring minimal time is required for check in and checkout.
• Warmly and professionally welcome all guests.
• Uses the front desk systems and routines to assist guests during registration, stay, and checkout.
• Balances assigned cash drawer at end of shift and completes shift duties.
• Attend meetings and training courses as required.
• Maintain lobby and shared areas neat and orderly.
