Home2Suites Murrells Inlet is seeking a detailed, outgoing Night Auditor for a part-time night shift. You'll showcase organization skills while delivering exceptional guest experiences, all within a friendly hotel environment.

Responsibilities include checking guests in/out, balancing nightly accounts, processing payments, updating reservations, and coordinating with other departments. The role offers a competitive wage and benefits aligned with hotel standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to foster a PEACH-aligned team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out with outstanding service.
• Respond promptly and empathetically to guest requests.
• Process payments and update guest accounts as needed.
• Enter and update reservation information in the system.
• Coordinate with front desk and other departments on room status.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk area.
• Close and balance nightly accounts.
• Run and distribute various reports and adjust accounts as necessary.
