Home2Suites Murrells Inlet is seeking a detailed, outgoing, customer service pro for a Full-Time Guest Services Representative. You will showcase organizational skills and create exceptional guest experiences in a fun work environment with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Preferred 1 year of customer service experience.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to cultivate a productive team that embodies PEACH.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where priorities are constantly changing.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out.
Be a guest advocate by responding to requests and concerns with urgency and empathy.
Process payments for guests and update accounts.
Enter and update reservation information in the system.
Collaborate with departments to communicate room availability and status.
Maintain the front desk to be clean, welcoming, and organized.
Close and balance room accounts.
Run, print, and distribute various reports.
Make adjustments to accounts as needed.
