Job summary

Hospitality America, Inc. is seeking a detailed, outgoing Guest Services Representative for Home2 Suites Murrells Inlet.

You will check guests in and out, respond to requests with urgency and empathy, and balance accounts to ensure accurate billing. This full-time role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with other departments to keep front desk welcoming and organized.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1 year of customer service experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to cultivate a productive team that embodies PEACH.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where priorities are constantly changing.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out.
• Be a guest advocate by responding to requests and concerns with a sense of urgency and empathy.
• Process payments for guests and make necessary changes/updates to their accounts.
• Enter and update reservation information in the system.
• Collaborate with other departments to communicate information about room availability and status.
• Maintain the front desk ensuring the area is clean, welcoming, and organized.
• Close and balance room accounts.
• Run, print, and distribute various reports.
• Make adjustments to accounts as needed.
