Home2Suites Murrells Inlet is seeking a dedicated Guest Services Representative to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the front desk. You will manage check-ins/outs, respond to guest requests with empathy, and process payments, while ensuring accurate reservation data and collaboration with other departments.

The role emphasizes maintaining a welcoming front desk, balancing accounts, and generating reports.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to foster a productive team that embodies PEACH.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out.
• Respond to requests and concerns with urgency and empathy.
• Process payments and update guest accounts.
• Enter and update reservation information in the system.
• Coordinate with departments about room availability and status.
• Keep the front desk clean, welcoming, and organized.
• Balance and close room accounts.
• Run and distribute various reports.
• Make adjustments to guest accounts as needed.
