Buffalo Lodging Associates, a hotel management company, is seeking a Full-Time Guest Services Representative at Residence Inn by Marriott-Wayne, NJ. You will greet guests, complete check-in/out, handle payments, and assist with reservations using the hotel management system.

The role requires strong customer service in a hotel setting, familiarity with Marriott brands is a plus, and a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required for shuttle duties.

Qualifications

• Hotel front desk experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Computer knowledge including intranet, PMS, Word and Excel preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle check-in/check-out in the property management system.
• Handle cash, credit card information and goods at the property.
• Identify guest needs and provide information about hotel services.
• Take reservations and manage updates/cancellations in the system.
• Drive hotel shuttle.
