Residence Inn by Marriott-Wayne, 30 Nevins Road, Wayne, NJ 07470, is seeking a Full-Time Guest Services Representative for the front desk team. The role involves greeting guests, managing check-in/check-out, and delivering superior service in a hotel setting.

The position requires flexibility for evening shifts (3 PM–11 PM) with weekend and holiday availability, and a valid driver’s license for shuttle duties. Marriott experience is a plus, and computer skills with Word/Excel are preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, hotel setting preferred.
• Marriott experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Computer knowledge including intranet, property management system, Word and Excel is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle check-in/check-out with the property's system.
• Handle cash, credit card information and goods at the property.
• Identify guest needs and provide information on hotel services and amenities.
• Take reservations from callers and input/update in the hotel management system.
