Job summary

High Hotels is seeking a courteous Guest Services Representative for the Courtyard by Marriott in New Jersey. The role involves front desk duties, responding to guest needs, and providing local information in a friendly, efficient manner.

You will handle arrivals/departures, operate the switchboard, and process related transactions. The position is full-time with 3:00PM–11:00PM shifts, five days a week, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be capable of handling money accurately.
• Reading, math, and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Take, modify, and cancel guest reservations.
• Communicate hotel facilities and services to guests.
• Provide information on the local area and points of interest.
• Assist guests with arrivals and departures.
• Answer the front desk phone.
