Job summary

The Branches of Framingham, Benchmark Senior Living is looking for a Part Time Receptionist to work evenings. The role supports front desk operations, greets visitors, handles calls, and assists with appointment books and resident concierge tasks at the Framingham community.

Shifts are 4pm–8pm, 2–3 nights per week, with benefits and opportunities within a caring, service‑oriented team at Benchmark Senior Living.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certificate preferred.
• Possesses expert knowledge of telephone system and capable of teaching others.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors immediately upon arrival
• Professionally handle all phone calls and route or answer questions promptly
• Offer refreshments to visitors when applicable
• Manage doctor and beauty appointment books
• Act as concierge for residents, arrange taxis and handle service issues
• Keep lobby area clean and organized
