Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Experience in administrative or healthcare roles preferred.

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations.
Basic computer skills including MS Office and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, including crisis or after-hours inquiries.
Monitor facility entry points to ensure safety, security, and compliance with visitation policies.
Verify visitor credentials and maintain accurate visitor logs.
Provide general information about the facility while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.
Assist admissions by collecting basic client information and notifying staff of arrivals.
Respond calmly to urgent or sensitive situations, including intoxicated or distressed individuals.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and paperwork organization.
Coordinate communication between departments during evening hours.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Assist with light clerical duties as needed.
