Job summary

The Aspenwood Company is seeking Concierge/Front Desk/Security Associates to create a warm, welcoming environment for residents and guests at Village of Tanglewood in Houston, TX.

Full-time role with Monday–Friday 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. Requires weekends/holidays availability and a strong focus on safety and service. Compensation includes benefits and paid time off, with emphasis on professional, courteous service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior front desk, customer service, and telephone experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, guests and employees warmly and courteously.
• Monitor all incoming public traffic and assist with inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas and public spaces.
• Respond promptly to residents and visitors with immediate, courteous assistance.
• Provide support to sales/marketing by managing inquiries effectively.
• Support scheduling and processing of guest and employee meal tickets and other service requests.
• Operate paging/telephone system and route calls appropriately.
• Assist with maintenance orders and incident reporting.
• Monitor emergency calls, doors and alarms per policy.
• Assist with scheduling interviews for department heads.
