Job summary

Village of Tanglewood is seeking a Concierge/Front Desk/Security Associate to create a welcoming environment for residents and guests at our Independent Living community in Houston. You will greet visitors, answer inquiries, and support the sales and marketing team while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

The role requires strong communication, a High School diploma or GED, and a valid Texas Driver’s License. Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service/front desk experience preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; problem-solving and detail orientation.
• Proficient PC skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families and guests in a courteous, warm manner.
• Monitor public traffic and assist with inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas and public spaces.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs and assist vendors and visitors.
• Support sales and marketing by managing inquiries effectively.
• Operate paging/telephone system and route calls appropriately.
• Assist with scheduling interviews for department heads and track visitors.
