Holiday Inn Express in McCook is seeking a friendly PT Front Desk Clerk to join our team and provide excellent customer service to guests. The successful candidate will handle guest check-ins/check-outs, answer calls, and perform a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include strong communication and customer service skills, ability to multitask, and fluency in English. Weekend and evening shifts are required.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, verify reservations and collect payment.
• Answer and route calls, take messages and transfer as needed.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling and mail handling, maintain records.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized at all times.
• Provide excellent guest service and assist with inquiries and requests.
• Assist with folding laundry and light cleaning of public areas.
