Element Hotel Chattanooga is seeking a reliable Front Desk Agent for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM), Monday through Friday. This full-time position focuses on guest check-in/check-out, resolving inquiries, and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel's front desk system.

• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests.
