SpringHill Suites Cleveland Solon is seeking a Front Desk Agent/Guest Service Representative to greet guests, manage check-in/out, and handle reservations using the property management system. The role emphasizes guest service excellence, cash handling, and accurate information delivery at the Solon location.

The ideal candidate has hotel customer service experience and basic computer skills (Word/Excel). Weekend availability and evening hours are required, with a focus on delivering a seamless

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, in a hotel setting preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Computer knowledge including intranet, Property management system, WORD, and EXCEL is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in/out using the Property management system.
• Handle cash and payment information securely.
• Identify guest needs and provide information on hotel services and amenities.
• Take reservations from callers and update/cancel information in the system.
• Mostly Evening Shifts: 3 PM – 11 PM; Weekend availability required.
