Residence Inn Cleveland is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and assist with requests to ensure a memorable stay in downtown Cleveland.

Shifts include AM (7AM-3PM) and PM (3PM-11PM), with weekday and weekend availability required. Prior hotel experience and proficiency in hotel systems are advantageous. Join a team that values hospitality, efficiency, and warm, professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and MS Office.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills are essential.
