Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of related hospitality/retail experience preferred.
• Navigate, operate, and troubleshoot computer systems and software.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships and speak effectively before guests and co-workers.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; prioritize and follow through to achieve results.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a genuine welcome and attentive service.
• Be aware of guest flow and maintain a warm, clean, and organized lobby.
• View reservations before arrival and create guest profiles to enhance their stay.
• Check guests in and out confidently, professionally, and personally.
• Take reservations accurately and answer calls promptly and politely.
• Maintain logs of guest calls and ensure follow-up on requests.
• Open, secure, and balance shift banks, verifying cash/credit/room charges during shifts.
• Maintain accuracy with all accounting and billing procedures.
• Assist in development and implementation of special projects.
• Know current rates, availability, and events affecting occupancy.
• Have fluent knowledge of local restaurants and attractions.
• Respond promptly to guest comments and concerns; inform supervisor and apply corrective actions.
