Responsibilities

• Assist with reservations, including same-day and future bookings, cancellations, preregistration, and room blocking.
• Maintain understanding of room types, locations, rates, availability, and amenities.
• Use upsell techniques to promote rooms, upgrades, and services.
• Provide guests with hotel and local information.
