Job summary

Comfort Suites Meridian in Meridian, Idaho, is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This part-time role covers the 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift and requires flexibility for occasional half shifts, weekends, and holidays.

You will escort guests through check-in and check-out, manage reservations, and assist with guest requests to ensure a smooth, welcoming stay. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, 2–3 years of hotel front desk experience, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out.
• Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.
• Answer phone calls, process wake-up calls, and assist guests.
• Balance cash drawers and complete cash reports.
• Maintain a clean, professional front desk area and coordinate with housekeeping.
