Job summary

Super 8 Nampa in Idaho is seeking a friendly, service-focused front desk agent for a part-time role. You will greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, manage accounts, and respond to questions with a guest-first mindset.

Scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays 7 am–3 pm and Mondays 3 pm–11 pm, the ideal candidate has at least one year in hospitality, strong communication, and basic computer/reservation system skills. Compensation is $13–$15 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least one year of hospitality front desk experience preferred.
• High school graduate, GED or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and ability to handle stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in, and check-out guests and distribute keys.
• Answer calls and inquiries about bookings, rates, and amenities.
• Record guest information and ensure accuracy of accounts.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready.
• Mitigate complaints and provide courteous service.
