Job summary

Moxy Denver Cherry Creek is hiring a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide accurate information with a friendly, high-energy attitude. This role primarily covers PM shifts with weekend availability, requires cash handling experience, excellent English, and a passion for hospitality in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic cash registers.
• Fluent in oral and written English.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and completes check-in procedures using manual/computer methods.
• Handles check-out procedures and closes guest accounts.
• Maintains accurate hotel records and cash handling accuracy.
• Answers inquiries and communicates hotel rates while upselling room nights.
• Maintains guest relations with timely and knowledgeable responses.
• Operates PBX, schedules wake-up calls, and assists guests with requests.
