Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent for Residence Inn Austin Northwest/Arboretum. Weekend availability is needed with shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries with a friendly, efficient approach.

You will greet guests, manage reservations, and provide accurate information while delivering the high level of service our brand is known for. Prior hotel software experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm guest service and handle check-ins and check-outs.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team to keep operations smooth.
