Job summary

DoubleTree DFW Airport North in Irving, TX is seeking a Guest Service Agent (Full-Time) to be the face of the front desk, delivering warm, knowledgeable service from check-in to check-out.

The PM shift (3 pm - 11 pm) offers an opportunity to engage with guests, share local dining and entertainment options, and maintain a welcoming lobby environment while handling rooming, cash, and front-desk tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Three to six months of related experience preferred.
• Must be a people-person with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to stand or sit, lift up to 50 pounds, and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Be the face at the front desk and ensure excellent guest service from check-in to check-out.
• Share knowledge of local restaurants, entertainment, and events with guests.
• Use computers, databases, and property management systems to manage front-desk tasks.
• Own the front desk area and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
