Doubletree DFW Airport North in Irving, TX seeks a friendly Guest Service Agent for a full-time, on-site PM shift (3 pm – 11 pm). You will be the face of the front desk, delivering warm welcomes and accurate guest assistance from check-in to check-out.

Knowledge of local area and outstanding service are essential. You’ll handle cash, use the PMS and hotel systems, and share information about dining, entertainment, and events with guests.

Competenze

• Experience in front desk/customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and smiling demeanor.
• Ability to provide local information to guests.
