Job summary

Night Auditor position at Doubletree by Hilton DFW North in Irving, TX. You will balance cash, deposits, and postings, and generate daily reports while updating the front office system with revenue and expenses.

You’ll handle check-ins/outs, room scheduling, and guest requests, and must be comfortable working evenings or overnight. Strong computer skills and a people-focused approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 6–12 months related experience required.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn front office systems.
• Excellent people skills and a positive, guest-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Balance paperwork, cash drawer, deposits, reconcile cards and submit batches.
• Enter revenue, expenses and allowances into front office system and generate daily reports.
• Perform front desk duties: check-ins/outs, room scheduling, moves, late checkouts, stay-overs and guest requests.
• Answer guests’ questions about hotel services and amenities.
