The Maven is a 172-key hotel in the Dairy Block of Denver, seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, process check-ins/outs, and provide accurate information with a courteous, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with cash handling and basic POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests using manual and computer methods to ensure satisfaction.
• Process check-out and finalize guest accounts with accurate charges.
• Communicate hotel information and rates, and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain guest relations with timely, knowledgeable responses by phone and in person.
• Operate PBX for calls, wake-up services, and guest paging.
