Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Marriott Colorado Springs location seeks a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and ensure a seamless stay. You will handle payments, assist with inquiries, and promote loyalty programs while upholding service standards that define the Marriott brand.

Ideal candidates bring strong guest-service skills, cash handling accuracy, and flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality education is a plus.
• Previous guest-facing customer service experience preferred; hotel front desk experience is a strong plus.
• Experience handling cash and processing financial transactions accurately.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and demeanor reflects the Marriott brand.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately with a warm, sincere, and professional welcome.
• Check-in and check-out efficiently, input guest details, confirm rates and issue keys.
• Process payments, balance the house bank, and handle various payment forms.
• Answer phones, relay messages, and assist with mail, packages, and faxes.
• Promote hotel programs and loyalty offerings; handle guest concerns empathetically.
• Maintain knowledge of outlets, hours, local attractions, and PBX support as needed.
