Job summary

Promises / Washburn House in Worcester, MA is seeking a full-time Receptionist to cover Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. You will greet visitors, answer calls, and support admissions with a courteous, patient-centered approach.

As the first point of contact for clients and families, you will help direct inquiries, maintain lobby appearance, and provide excellent customer service while coordinating with clinical and administrative teams in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of six months of customer service experience.
• Healthcare or front-desk experience is preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced front office.

Responsibilities

• Handle front lobby telephone coverage and greet visitors.
• Coordinate with admissions and staff for expected visitors.
• Route calls to appropriate departments and provide information.
• Maintain lobby appearance and deliver excellent customer service.
